Sherwood has managed and served as the primary point-of-contact on various On-Call and/or Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contracts. She participates in the marketing of MBA services and negotiates fee structures and rates. Contracts have varied by professional services and term.
Stephen Brittenham, Project Manager

Brittenham has 20+ years space planning and project management experience. He is responsible for facility management and space planning, furnishings layout and plan documentation, supervision of CAD technicians, move planning coordination, and document maintenance. His strong organizational skills, effective communication, and ability to reason have enabled him to successfully meet and exceed the most demanding user expectations and move schedules.
Brittenham has led onsite field surveying and the spatial data documentation process. He has hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of Spatial Data Validation goals and processes, is knowledgeable of applicable Drawing Guidelines and ANSI/BOMA Standards, is responsible for quality assurance, participates in the skills assessment, qualification and selection of new MBA Associates, and provides staff training on applicable project process and computer software. Brittenham also oversees MBA's in-house LAN operations and equipment maintenance.

Miller has 15+ years of interior design and space planning experience. She has served as project manager, responsible for day-to-day communication with facility users, facility and architectural project managers, equipment vendors and project consultants. Miller's experience offers a diversity of design expertise, including interior architecture, space planning and documentation, equipment and furnishings layout, finish material and furnishings selection and specification, bid administration, procurement assistance, asset management and installation coordination. She has successfully administered multiple-user move coordination, order tracking and on-site installation supervising.
Hannah Ricks, Designer
Education: Bachelors of Arts in Interior Design, The Art Center Design College (CIDA Accredited), Albuquerque, NM
Licenses: National Council of Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) Certified, Certificate # 27168. Hannah is currently applying for her NM State Interior Design License.
Ricks has 2+ years interior design and space planning experience. As a Project Designer with MBA, she is responsible for client communications, design and product specification and quality assurance. Her experience includes equipment and furnishings planning, finish and furnishings selection and specification, furnishings inventory and assessment, and furnishings acquisition. Ricks has administered move coordination and has led the procurement process. She is responsible for order tracking and on-site installation oversight. She has effectively performed product inspection and acceptance, and has represented the client for punch list resolution. Ricks is proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word and Excel and has experience with Revit Architecture.
